Summary

On December 5, 2019, EPA Region 1 filed an expedited settlement agreement concerning Wall Street Development Corporation. The agreement addresses Wall Street Development Corporation's failure to obtain permit coverage under the General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) for its Boyden Estates site in Walpole, MA. It's EPA's understanding that Wall Street Development Corporation has since taken action to address its noncompliance and has obtained CGP coverage. Pursuant to the agreement, Wall Street Development Corporation will pay a $7,020 penalty. EPA implements the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program in Massachusetts. The case team sent a notification to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection regarding the settlement of this matter.
