EPA alleged Eagle Construction Services, LLC (Eagle) performed renovation activities in target housing without being certified by EPA under 40 C.F.R. Section 745.89. On September 10, 2019, Eagle submitted an application to EPA for firm certification under the Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule and is now certified. Eagle also agreed to enter an Expedited Settlement Agreement and pay a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000.
