Respondent conducted regulated renovation activities on a residential property located at 194 Lincoln Place, Brooklyn, NY 11201, in July of 2016. Review by EPA showed that the Respondent had not retained records necessary to demonstrate compliance with the RRP Rule and was found to be in violation. Respondent will pay a penalty of $1,000 in accordance with EPA's Expedited Settlement Agreement Policy and agree to amend business practices to avoid future violations of the RRP Rule.
