On January 27, 2020, Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to LCM Builders LLC located in Seattle, Washington, for violations of the RRP Rule occurring in Seattle, Washington. The EPA alleged that LCM Builders LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
