An inspection was conducted at Lindsay Garden Supply, in Lindsay, California, by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation. Through this inspection, the inspector obtained evidence that shows Lindsay Garden Supply held for sale an unregistered and misbranded pesticide product made by, or for, Natural Garden Solutions, LLC. Natural Garden Solutions, LLC failed to comply with FIFRA Section 3(a) and 40 CFR 156.10 by distributing an unregistered pesticide that was also misbranded. They are hereby advised to take all the necessary actions to assure that any further sale or distribution of your product is made in full compliance with the provisions of FIFRA. Failure to do so could subject to a civil administrative enforcement action and can result in civil penalties of up to $19,936 per violation.
