Information collected during the inspection revealed that AquaPulse Chemical's bulk storage container of APCAqua-Chtor Sodium Hypochiorite 12.5%, EPA Reg. No. 9 1877-1, was missing the required pesticide label, and mini-bulk containers of the same product, either did not have a label or, if labeled, did not clearly identify the tank net contents or the EPA Registered Establishment Number where the product was last produced. Each violation of 40 CFR156.10 is a prohibited act under FIFRA 12(a)(l)(E) and can result in civil penalties of up to $19,936 per violation.
