This settlement provides for the performance of 100% Remedial Design of the River Mile 9 West project area and the payment by Respondent of certain response costs incurred by the EPA, the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, and the Tribal Governments at or in connection with the work conducted under this settlement, related to the selected remedy for the in-river portion of the Portland Harbor Superfund Site.
