This settlement provides for the performance of 100% Remedial Design of the Willamette Cove Project area and the payment by Respondents and the US on behalf of the SFAs of EPA Future Response Costs, ODEQ Response Costs, and Tribal Response Costs incurred at or in Connection with the work conducted under this settlement related to the selected remedy for the in-river portion of the Portland Harbor Superfund site.
