As a result of an industrial stormwater inspection conducted on August 13, 2019, EPA determined the Respondent was not in compliance with the NYSDEC MSGP. Potential violations identified included failure to update SWPPP, failure to develop an adequate site map, and failure to properly maintain BMPs. The Respondent also failed to provide documentation of quarterly BMP inspections. An Information Request and Administrative Compliance Order is being issued to the Respondent.
