On August 14, 2019, EPA conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection of the Respondent, located in Saratoga Springs, NY. EPA is issuing an Information Request and Administrative Order for violations of the Sites NYSDEC MSGP Permit, that were observed at the time of the inspection. These violations included observation of non-permitted non-stormwater discharges, failure to properly implement and maintain BMPs, and failure to conduct inspections. The Site also failed to update their SWPPP since 2012.
