On October 24, 2019, Region 3 issued a Notice of Warning to AgraCo Technologies International of Dillsburg, PA in connection with sale and distribution of the Mosquito Patch. The Mosquito Patch is an insect repellent that is impregnated with Vitamin B and sold or distributed with claims to repel insects, including public health claims to prevent West Nile Virus and Zika. Such claims are pesticidal and require that The Mosquito Patch be registered under FIFRA as a pesticide. The notice of Warning requires AgraCo to come into compliance with FIFRA.
