On April 24, 2019, an inspection was conducted at San Jose Hydroponics, in San Jose, CA, by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation. Through this inspection, the inspector obtained evidence that shows San Jose Hydroponics held for sale an unregistered and misbranded pesticide product made by, or for, SaferGro Laboratories, Inc. SaferGro Laboratories, Inc are hereby advised to take all the necessary actions to assure that any further sale or distribution of their product is made in full compliance with the provisions of FIFRA. Failure to do so could subject to civil administrative enforcement action and can result in civil penalties of up to $19,936 per violation
