On January 23,2020, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to T L Water Jones Acres (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondents at its water system in Roanoke, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule. The AO requires Respondent Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the AO, give public notice of the violations to their customers and conduct routine coliform monitoring, and also provide a copy of all public notices to EPA and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality within forty (40) days of this Order.
