Miyoshi is subject to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Area Sources: Chemical Preparations Industry, found at 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart BBBBBB. The AO requires Miyoshi to submit the required Notification of Compliance Status Report (NOCSR) and comply with Subpart BBBBBB.
