On January 31, 2020, Region 1 settled an expedited action against Stephen Seckendorf of Hampstead, New Hampshire for violations of the TSCA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule. Mr. Seckendorf performed a renovation of target housing in Exeter, New Hampshire without being a certified renovator or assigning a certified renovator under the RRP Rule, and his company was not RRP Rule firm certified. Respondent has paid a penalty of $400 and has come into compliance with the RRP Rule. The state of New Hampshire has not taken delegation of the RRP Rule and is aware of this action.
