The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 (EPA) is recommending the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (CBP) that the Virus Shut Out cards in the import shipment described below should be Refused Delivery into the United States and its territories pursuant to the authority of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section136j(a)(1)(A). Importers of all FIFRA-regulated pesticides and devices (including unregistered pesticides) must comply with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations set forth at 12 C.F.R. Sections 12.110 - 12.117.
