This information request and administrative compliance order is being issued to address violations of the NYSDEC SPDES Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) identified during a September 30, 2019 inspection of the Respondent's facility, located in Mamaroneck, NY. Violations identified include failure to conduct and document monthly BMP inspections, quarterly visual monitoring, annual dry weather inspections, annual comprehensive site inspections, and failure to minimize exposure and divert stormwater runoff, as required by the MSGP. The Order requires the facility to comply with the terms and conditions of the MSGP.
