On October 30-31, 2019, EPA conducted an inspection at the facility to determine compliance with the CAA Section 112r and 40 CFR Part 68. EPA found the Respondent had violated 68.85(b) and had failed to sign off on the completion of work as required to end the use of an issued hot work permit. Respondent completed corrective action to ensure review of all hot work permits and paid a $600 penalty.
