Administrative Order for violations of the Drinking Water Regulations including: failure to monitor for lead and copper; failure to conduct initial monitoring for inorganic contaminants, volatile organic contaminants, synthetic organic contaminants, asbestos, and radionuclides; failure to monitor for total coliform; failure to monitor for nitrate; failure to complete corrective actions for significant deficiencies; and failure to notify the public of certain violations.
