On July 2, 2020, Region 10 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order to Garic Hayes
General Contractor LLC for a violation of the RRP Rule occurring in Anchorage, Alaska. The EPA
alleged that Garic Hayes General Contractor LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to
performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule.
Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
