The administrative settlement with the City of New York is for the recovery of past response costs under Section 122(h) of CERCLA, relating to the Mariners Marsh Park site on Staten Island, Richmond County, New York. Under the Agreement, the Respondent will pay $2,347,000 to the EPA Hazardous Substance Superfund in reimbursement of EPA?s past response costs paid at or in connection with the Site.
