The AO issued to the SSLDA, Inc. (facility) is for violations of the concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFO) regulations. Violations were identified during a March 13, 2019, inspection of your facility. The inspection was conducted by inspectors from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6. The violations alleged were discussed with you at the time of the inspection and include but are not limited to unauthorized discharges of wastewater to Rock Creek.
