The AOC addresses alleged violations of federally enforceable state implementation plan (SIP) permit regulations at the company's facility. Under the AOC, Belmont Laundry will comply with various laundry process restrictions that will limit volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions at the facility and will apply for a required SIP air permit containing these restrictions.
