On December 16, Region 3 issued a NORA to Performance PCs of Palm Bay, Florida for importing an unregistered pesticide through the port of Philadelphia, PA. The unregistered pesticide is intended to inhibit algae and bacteria growth in the water cooling systems of home computers. Sale and distribution of an unregistered pesticide is a violation of FIFRA.
