Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving violations of the Construction General
Permit by KCRJ LLC (?Owner?), located in Middleton, Idaho. Respondent, owner and operator of the
Valhalla Country Estates project construction site, failed to comply with updating the SWPPP and
failed to maintain best management practices such as erosion and sediment control measures. Since
erosion leads to sediment and other pollutants entering Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS), the
environmental benefit of this action reduces 13,881 pounds of sediment from stormwater. The
Respondent agrees to pay a penalty of $3,300.
