On May 26, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to FIFRA Section 14(a)(1) to Bug Right(Respondent) located in Bristow, Oklahoma. The CAFO was issued to address violations of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(A), for having sold and distributed a pesticide without an EPA Registration.
