On May 28, 2020, Region 10 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order to 2N Cleanup
& Restoration LLC for violations of the RRP Rule occurring in Nampa, Idaho. The EPA alleged
that 2N Clean-up & Restoration LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing
renovation work on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to
settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
