1/28/2021: REMEDIAL ACTION CONSENT DECREE ENTERED BY THE COURTS - PRPs Westlake, PolyOne and B.F. Goodrich agreed to fund and conduct Remedial Design/Remedial Action at the Site to address contamination. The work is estimated at $89 million. The CD was entered and lodged in the Western District of Kentucky in September 2020. Work is expected to begin in early 2021.
