The permit required that 4T Energy, LLC (Respondent) successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity and receive written Authorization to Inject before beginning injection of fluids. On July 9, 2019, the well was observed injecting fluids without mechanical integrity and written ATI. Therefore, the Respondent is in violation of 40 C.F.R. 147.2903(a) and Part I.B. of the permit. Respondent reported that Well No. 25 injected in 2018 (56,785 barrels) and in 2019 (27,260 barrels).
