On June 16, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act to the City of Truth or Consequences, NM. The AO was issued in response to violations of: Cadmium. The AO requires Truth or Consequences to comply with NPDES permit limits. Truth or Consequences must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days.
