MAY 5, 2020 NOTICE OF REFUSAL OF ADMISSION
It appears that the product is not in compliance with the Act and is subject to refusal of admission due to the following violation(s):
? FIFRA 12(a)(1)(A) To sell or distribute to any person any pesticide that is not registered under Section 3 or whose registration has been cancelled or suspended, except to the extent that distribution or sale otherwise has been authorized by the Administrator under FIFRA. Specifically, the pesticide product label contains a percentage of active and inert ingredients greater than 100%.
