On October 10, 2019, EPA conducted an on-site inspection at the Respondent's facility in Lambertville, NJ. The purpose of the inspection was to determine whether the facility was in compliance with the chemical reporting requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA), Section 313 - Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) program. The following issues were identified: Non-reporting for Toluene for reporting years 2016, 2017, and 2018. The facility has come into compliance by submitting the forms, and will pay a cash penalty of $53,900.
