Administrative Order issued due to violations including: failure to collect the required number of lead and copper samples, failure to deliver lead and copper consumer notices, failure to monitor for radionuclides, failure to monitor for volatile organic contaminants (VOCs) and synthetic organic contaminants (SOCs) and failure to notify the public of certain violations.
