The EPA and SLC have agreed to enter into a Consent Agreement to resolve the City?s alleged failure to meet Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit requirements. The City has agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $65,000 to resolve its civil penalty liability for these alleged violations.
