The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 (EPA) is informing the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (CBP) that the Refill Packed Wet Wipes and Bucket Packed Wet Wipes (collectively, the Wet Wipes ) from Neatfi LLC that are contained in the import shipment described below should be Denied Entry-Refused Delivery into the United States pursuant to the authority of Section 17(c) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136o(c), and the implementing regulations at 19 C.F.R. Section 12.114. Neatfi LLC did not file a timely Notice of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices (NOA) in accordance with 19 C.F.R. Section 12.112 for this entry; the NOA was submitted on June 4, 2020. The entry was marked Refused in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system.
