On July 6, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.) to Talos ERT, LLC located in the Gulf of Mexico. The AO was issued in response to effluent and DMR non-receipt violations. Talos ERT, LLC must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this AO.
