Administrative Order on Consent with James Hein to address illegal fill affecting the Yellowstone River in Yellowstone County, Montana. Investigations by Montana agencies and the Army Corps of Engineers revealed approximately 1500 ft. of shoreline impacted on the site, which is adjacent to the Yellowstone River.
