EPA Region 10 is issuing a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to Amazon.com Services LLC (Seattle, Washington) to stop the further distribution or sale of a wide range of unregistered and misbranded pesticides and devices. The violative products include personal defense sprays, antimicrobials, disinfectants, sanitizers and pesticide device dehumitifiers, insect traps, and pest repellers. Distributing or selling unregistered and misbranded pesticides and devices is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A), (E) and (F) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(A), (E) and (F).
