On August 11, 2020, Region 10 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order to Clint
Reed d.b.a. CJ Construction for violations of the RRP Rule occurring in St. Maries, Idaho. The EPA
alleged that Clint Reed d.b.a. CJ Construction failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing
renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to
settle and pay a penalty amount of $200.
