This Unilateral Order was issued due to Ground Water Rule (GWR) violations of unaddressed significant deficiencies and Arsenic MCL exceedance(s). This order requires the tribe to issue Public Notice to notify those drinking the water of the violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) in addition to addressing the violations.
