On September 9, 2020, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Certified Professional Restorers LLC dba ServiceMaster Clean Fire & Water Clean-up for a violation of the RRP Rule occurring in Boise, Idaho. EPA Region 10 alleged that ServiceMaster Clean Fire & Water Clean-up failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1000.
