On September 25, 2020, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Turn-Keay Construction and Renovation LLC for a violation of the RRP Rule occurring in Sandpoint, Idaho. EPA Region 10 alleged that Turn-Key Construction and Renovation LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $200.
