On August 17, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act to W & T Offshore Incorporated located in the Gulf of Mexico. The Administrative Order was issued in response to violations of: effluent and DMR violations. The Administrative Order requires W & T Offshore Incorporated to respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this order.
