On July 28, EPA Region 3 issued a Notice of Warning to Signify North America for the importing germicidal UV light bulbs into the USA that were not made in an EPA registered establishment and did not have all of the required label language. The product was determined to be misbranded and the shipment was denied entry into the country. The sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide device is a violation under FIFRA.
