## Summary

Penalty to resolve violations of a state-issued National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for discharges of Stormwater associated with industrial activity and violations of the CWA Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) requirements.

An SPCC inspection was conducted in 2017 and the facility was found to have no SPCC Plan and inadequate secondary containment.  The NPDES Program had an AOC issued to Fisher to comply with NPDES.  We pursued an enforcement action under both programs.
