On August 17, 2020, Regional Judicial Officer Katherin Hall signed a final order approving a consent agreement between Region 8 and Enerplus Resources (USA) (Enerplus). In the Consent Agreement, Region 8 alleged violations of the Clean Air Act and the Fort Berthold Federal Implementation Plan at its oil and natural gas production facilities located on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.
