CERCLA SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FILED ON 8/27/2020 - Settling Parties shall agree that $2,135,200 should be paid to EPA from the Escrow Deposit with the Court. If , for any reason, the settlement amount of $2,135,200 is not paid in full from the Escrow Deposit, Settling Parties remain liable to the EPA for this amount.
