ALLEGED VIOLATIONS:
BASED ON THE EPA?S REVIEW OF THE RESPONDENT?S RECORDS, THE EPA INSPECTOR DETERMINED THAT IN THE COURSE OF THE RENOVATION OF THE PROPERTY AT 141 SALUDA STREET, CHESTER, SOUTH CAROLINA 29706, THE RESPONDENT FAILED TO:
A. PROVIDE THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY WITH THE EPA-APPROVED PAMPHLET, IN VIOLATION OF 40 C.F.R. ? 745.84(A)(1); AND
B. OBTAIN INITIAL EPA CERTIFICATION TO PERFORM THE RENOVATION OF THE PROPERTY, IN VIOLATION OF 40 C.F.R. ?? 745.81(A)(2)(II) AND 745.89(A).
