EPA found that Dartex violated its federally-enforceable Minor Source Permit. On May 14, 2020, EPA and Dartex entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order addressing Dartex's liability for civil penalties arising from the violations cited in EPA's March 25, 2019 Notice of Violation.
