Bella Vista Company was investigated on March 9, 2020 for potential violations with the Lead Based Paint Renovation Repair and Paint requirements of the Toxics Substances Control Act (TSCA). Eleven (11) counts were identified including failure to maintain proper certification, failure to have a certified renovator assigned and failure to maintain records to demonstrate compliance with the work practice standards.
